Last week I attended my first Blogher! Blogher is a huge conference featuring thousands of bloggers from around the world. I was fortunate enough that the mega circuit was in my own backyard..NYC. My first offsite Blogher party was held by my dear friends from Trumpeting Media. The R&R event was at the swanky Four Seasons New York. Some of the brands featured were Evologie: a brand new skin care line I just fell in love with, Fitbit – overall health tracker to whip you into shape, and Beaches Resorts in Turks and Caicos - my next vacay spot for sure. While we all walked around getting to know the brands we were indulged with mini mani’s and back massages. I couldn’t ask for a better way to start my day!
Here with Audrey McClelland and Pam Kirkbride
And to celebrate my first Blogher conference I am giving away this FITBIT tracker! Fitbit is dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more active lives. They take a common sense approach to fitness, and believe that the key is to make it easier for consumers to be more active, eat smarter, and get enough sleep — in short, those small changes to your daily routine can add up to big results!!!!!!

My favorite exercise routine is just walking as much as I can and, if possible, getting off one stop early on the train so I could walk more.

I love doing yoga and of course walking but I am also constantly going up and down stairs at work and at home numerous times a day so that counts!!
