Ralph Lauren Kids Fashion Show

On August 5, 2013, Ralph Lauren hosted a “Day at the Stables” for moms and their daughters to view the fall and holiday 2013 collections. This season, Ralph Lauren presented the fall collection at Wolffer Stables in Sagaponack, NY. The Hamptons was the perfect backdrop for a collection with an equestrian spirit that speaks perfectly to the classic preppy heritage lifestyle of Ralph Lauren. Everyone loved the horses.

After the fashion show, guests enjoyed a first ever performance by Island Def Jam recording artist, Madison Beer, and activities that included an Essie Nail Art Bar, Dylan’s Candy Bar, a photo booth and a hair braiding bar. Celebrities such as Jessica Alba, Christie Brinkley, Tiffany Thiessen and Edie Falco were in attendance with their daughters and they were all dressed in Ralph Lauren. It was every little fashionista’s dream come true!

The fall ’13 collection starts out with a rich combination of colorful iconic clothing perfect for back to school. I am loving the riding pants mixed with the luxe sweaters,prints and deep purples. It then follows with rich romantic florals and classic menswear clothing, modernized for today’s trendsetter. Looks like button down shirts paired with a tie and pullover sweater were present at the show.

For holiday ‘13, there was a spirit of Rustic Americana, representing iconic styles for an idyllic Adirondack Holiday. The second part of the holiday collection was inspired by the dramatic palette of black, cream and gold, accented with the sparkle of glittering beading and hand embroideries throughout. This collection is perfect for the holiday season.  I am so excited for this collection to hit the stores! Ralph Lauren always has classic twist to his fashions but this collection is the perfect girly girly fashionista.
